Responsible use
Users must not use Makers Warehouse to operate unsafe, unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful stores, products, content, integrations, messages, or customer experiences.
Products and content
- Do not list products or content that are illegal to sell or promote in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Do not list products, services, or business activities that breach payment provider rules, card scheme rules, sanctions, export controls, or platform payment restrictions.
- Do not misrepresent product materials, safety, origin, pricing, availability, delivery, returns, or maker identity.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not use the platform for spam, scams, malware, credential harvesting, or deceptive marketing.
Security and platform integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private data, overload systems, or interfere with integrations.
- Report suspected account compromise, data exposure, or security issues promptly.
Enforcement
Makers Warehouse may remove content, restrict stores, suspend accounts, disable integrations, or take other protective action where platform, customer, legal, or security risk requires it.
